Lower Six Pack Abs

I want a six pack abs .. I have my upper abs .. I have built only 100 companies, but I have to work less ab ..?
I have my abs higher, but I need my lower abs. SO can someone give me a training session that really works my lower abs .. I like really I do not work my abs all
Abdominal ballast. Do 2-3 sets of 5 12reps 2-3 times per week. More fall to reach your lower abs.
