What is the best exercise for 6-pack?

I am very skinny. Hipbones really high and most of my weight seems low begoing my back, stomach and sides, but beside the point … are amzing ab workouts that you can get a 6-pack in no time. I run at least a mile every seven days a week, but I want something that will work great for my abs. HELP .. and have to work fast!

A six pack is not built on the basis of an exercise but diet. The key is diet diet and exercise. You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat protein at every meal! Cut all the sugar fine! Also add more fiber. Fiber and protein to fill you, help reduce your bad eating habits. More and eat more than 3 meals spread all day, kick your metabolism speed. Here's a meal for a day: Breakfast: 2 poached eggs whole wheat bread 1 / 2 cup of fruit Snack: cottage cheese with vegetables Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich 1 / 2 cup fruit Snack: Protein Shake Dinner: Hamburger turkey (without bread) Side of brown rice side Broc. Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Not so much cardio and lifting. But the days when do both. Exercise before your cardio and you maximize your fat burning. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything that downtime of movement. Golf is a no-no. So Example: Monday – 30 minutes 1 hour lifting cardio Tuesday – 1 hour lifting Wednesday – Rest Thursday – 30 minutes of cardio lifting 1 h.
