tips for flat stomach
Some tips for a flat stomach? : D?

I have 16 years old, 5'9 and weighs approximately 135 pounds. I'm pretty thin but my stomach bulges a bit … making it less attractive. Now I definitely do not want to be a crazy 6-pack or anything else, but how I can get a full stomach flat? When pushing the stomach, I want it to be firm but not soft lol: D. Any advice?

1. A walking / jogging for 30 minutes at least 3 times week to increase your metabolism to burn fat. 2. Eating a handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are a healthy snack you can eat and protein which is good for burning fat. 3. Purchase a Pilates DVD and do the exercises at least 2-3 times a week. Pilates works on toning your body all with a focus on your core (core) and improve its flexibility. 4. Add fiber to your diet and reduce your consumption of bad carbs. such as white bread, pasta, potatoes and white rice should be limited. Brown rice and whole wheat bread instead. For fiber to increase their consumption of fruits and vegetables (especially green leafy). 5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy consumption to a minimum because these products often cause bloating and gas. 6. Make proper abdominal least 3 times a week to train your abs. Avoid abdominal because I really have very little to firm your stomach. Crunches work your hip flexors more than anything else. 7. Drink plenty of water. You should drink 6 to 8 glasses per day. Not only help to fill out if you eat less, but it helps digestion. 8. Stop eating less than three hours before bedtime. If you have something to snack, eat a small serving of vegetables or fruit. Not eating late can make a big difference. 9. Eat small meals more often instead of 2-3 big meals day to avoid the puffy appearance. Eat a kick because of their metabolism. 10. Take a break from healthy eating once in a while and enjoy your favorite dessert. If were completely deprived of food you love, you run the risk of returning to poor eating habits. Moderation is the key
