Quick workout question(how to get ripped) 13 years old!!!!!?

i am 13 years old, 14 in october.
i like to workout.
usualy for 60-90 minutes a day 4 days a week

how can i get reall ripped all over my body
areas such as calfs, chest, bicep, tricep,chest, and abs.

looking for exercises, sets , reps, and other tips or videos that can help

PLEASE DONT PUT AND DIET OR WIEGHT LOSS THINGS

I DO WANT TIPS ON HOW TO GAIN WIEIGHT THOUGH.

have sex a lot, sex makes you ripped. =D
