What is a good diet to build Testosterone?

I’m 5′10, 195 pounds.I’m a junior and I’m a starting offensive tackle at my high school. After I graduate, I plan on attending a community college for 2 yrs. Then I want to transfer to another college and try out for the football team. I hope to get noticed by someone my senior year and hopefully I can go there. The only problem is I need to get stronger! I lift weights, but I was dumb my freshman and Sophmore years and didn’t lift. So now I have 9 months to gain alot of muscle to be a really good lineman. I heard that testosterone helps build muscle. Does anyone know of any diets(consisting of what to eat for breakfast,lunch,and dinner) that would help build alot of testosterone?

I wouldn’t go that route man! There are many side effects of having too much testosterone. If you want to bulk up, try a diet rich in complex carbs, proteins (read meat) and the such. Also, you may predisposed to not be beastly type man, that doesn’t mean you can’t play ball as good as anyone else. Use what your momma gave you dude. Besides, you aren’t done growing yet. All kinds of things can happen to you.
